Oreo cookie flavor. Comes in traditional Oreo, Cool mint creme Oreo,
Fudgees Oreo, Chocolate creme Oreo and Vanilla Oreo.

Shown as a Valentine theme, these will also be
available in a St. Patrick, Fourth of July and all of the
Holiday themes. Look for the birthday themes too!

Triple Chocolate Ghirardelli with Chocolate ganache frosting

Champagne infused cake with a Champagne buttercream.
This is a very light, fine crumb cake.
Pink champagne is used and it is stirred into the batter and baked. After baking only 35-40% of the alcohol is retained. Additional flavor is infused into both the cake and frosting and it makes for a very nice but subtle champagne flavor.

Share the luck of the Irish with cupcakes coated in frosting flavored with Baily's Irish cream-a liqueur made from a blend of cream-cocoa and irish whiskey. When alcohol is stirred into the batter and baked 35-40% of the alcohol is retained. When alcohol is added to frostings 100% is retained.

with a cut up mini Reese's peanut butter cup.
The icing is fluffy peanut butter frosting . Sweet but not
too sweet. Peanut buttery but not greasy. So wonderful
that it will not overpower the cake.
Topped with peanut butter cup chunks and a bit of ganache.

This is my variation on a very popular Southern specialty .
A delightful cake made with pineapple, bananas and pecans.
I top it with a fresh lemon cream cheese icing and a dried
pineapple flower inspired by Martha.
I have taken several recipes, including Paula's, Martha's
and others and have found what I like about each of them and
combined them into what I find to be the perfect recipe.
This would make a lovely addition to any wedding cake menu.
