To start, it's the cake.  So moist and rich it leaves you smiling and wanting more!
Nothing is more important than the freshness of the ingredients and the final result. A cake so moist that you would be happy eating it just as it is.

But wait!
Then there is the tempting rich champagne buttercream that is so wonderfully light yet so full of flavor that you could also just eat it all by itself.
Together the two form the perfect blend of cake and icing that is mouthwatering and indulgent.

Madelaine started baking and decorating cakes over 26 years ago, and the love of baking cupcakes started when she was looking forward to her daughters wedding and realized that the cupcakes she was trying were all dry and flavorless.
She knew she could do much better and started collecting recipes that were perfect each and every time. 
Madelaine wants every one of her cupcakes to be rich, moist and flavorful, and to taste as beautiful as they look.  Beautiful little gifts.
